If you are not completely satisfied with your Stylefront’s online purchase, we will gladly accept the return of UNWORN, UNWASHED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If the 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please send the original sales receipt with original packaging intact.
Items NOT eligible for Refund:
- Items marked as Clearance
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- We cannot offer refunds for lingerie
Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund.
Underwear: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot offer refunds for lingerie.
Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Any shoes that have signs of wear without a defect cannot be returned or refunded. Stylefront is not responsible for shipping the shoes back to you.
Fees below will be charged if your original order was completed with our Free Ground Shipping. The restocking fee (15% of item's price) will be deducted from your refunded amount if the original receipt is missing or shoe boxes are damaged.

1. Please fill out the return form and send it for approval at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not send items to us before your return request is processed.
2. Once you are notified of return approval via email, please send items to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service on purchasing shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired replacement.
